Newton and Bobby Seale, their aims were to challenge police brutality and systemic inequalities faced by Afro-Aboriginal (Black) people.They created the 10-point program platform of self-defense to fulfill their political goals. The BBPC has been in existence since 2019, continuing to implement the basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter. Their work throughout the years has gained recognition by the community until now they are pushing themselves forward as representation politically, economically, and for social change.
